Roman Igelspacher

Contribution

As an Advisory Board member, Roman will contribute to SENERGY NETS by sharing experience from EVIN’s multi-fuel district heating grids (including waste, biomass, biomass-heat and power, power-to-heat, heat pumps, gas boiler, storage)

Kurt Marlein

Contribution

As SENERGY NETS has a lot of touchpoints with Kurt’s current activities, he will be able to exchange ideas and experiences with the team on district heating network design, electric grids and sector coupling.

Kurt Marlein

Product Manager

Kurt is responsible for the District Energy Network Design software, Comsof Heat. This allows engineering companies and DHC operators to streamline their district network planning processes and make informed decisions based on accurate data, enabling them to design heat networks that are not only efficient but also resilient.

Additionally, he contributes to IQGeo’s Adaptive Grid Solution for Distribution System Operators. This software solution provides a single system across your grid lifecycle, from initial network design to ongoing operations. They enhance this end-2-end solution with design automation and grid analysis automation components to support the energy transition and the related challenges DSO’s face today.
