SENERGY NETS was present at ENLIT 2025

Together with other sister projects from the 2Cool2Waste cluster, SENERGY NETS was featured in the EU project zones at this year’s ENLIT Europe. The event was a great opportunity to highlight the innovative aspects of EU-funded projects and engage with relevant stakeholders present at the event.

SENERGY NETS, in partnership with its sister projects from the 2Cool2Waste cluster SUSHEAT, SEEDS, THUNDER, and RE-WITCH, participated in ENLIT 2025, in Bilbao, Spain. The event is one of the largest in the energy sector, with more than 17.000 attendees in this year’s edition. It proved to be a key venue to showcase the projects, their innovative approach and engage directly with stakeholders and investors.

The cluster organised a booth at the EU projects area of the event, where they could welcome the passersby and explain what each project was performing. SENERGY NETS was represented by its project coordinator, Renato Luise, from EIFER, and Evan Bernardi, from Euroheat & Power. Renato also composed the session “2cool2waste cluster: Game-changing solutions in the field of sustainable industrial cooling and heating“, together with Silvia Trevisan (RE-WITCH), Anais Gandelin (SEEDS), José Luis Corrales Ciganda (SUSHEAT), and Matteo Porta (THUNDER). During the event, they could deep dive into the technologies being studied in each project, how they are contributing to the decarbonisation of the heating and cooling sector, and answer questions from the audience.

ENLIT was the last event attended by SENERGY NETS in 2025. Many more will follow next year, where members of the consortium will have the opportunity to further present the project’s results, engage with public and private stakeholders, and promote the exchange of best practices.
