A very productive session was held at Sustainable Places 2023 Conference in Madrid on June 15. The workshop focused on district heating and the discussion evolved around the future of role of district heating and cooling systems, the technologies presented in the projects, and how to engage the users.

Claudia Vannucchi, Research Fellow at EIFER – European Institute for Energy Research presented SENERGY NETS.

HYPERGRID project organised the session Bio-FlexGen, WEDISTRICT, REWARDHeat and ConnetHeat and the collaboration of the Green Deal Clean Energy Working Group.

The workshop marked the first public event of the clustering activity between the projects.
